Staying in this hotel makes you feel most welcomed and appreciated for choosing to stay with them. Location of the hotel is great, beach in front of hotel, great pool, couple of bars and restaurants around pool with really good food, great rooms, specious and clean. Food at breakfast was so good, with great variety of food and of high quality. Even if something is missing after the breakfast ended and you ask for it, they will quickly get it for you. Amazing! If you decide to have dinner in one of the hotel’s restaurants, you can choose between national cuisine and Japanese (👌). The biggest value of this hotel is hotel employees. They make you feel as most important person, each request from guests is taken immediately and to guests satisfaction, they welcome you everywhere, ask all the time if everything is ok. There are no words to express how nice employees at the hotel are - starting with luggage service, reception desk, concierge, cleaning lady, guest service, waiters, breakfast staff, pool and beach staff etc. We observed situations when guest did things not allowed by hotel policies, and employees managed it in such nice and polite way so that guests don’t feel bad about it. We want to express special thanks to: - Ariadne Stefanou (Guest relations) is real highlight of the hotel, so professional and kind. She is managing requests and she always recommends better solution then we initially thought of 😊. Ariadne suggested to us great restaurants, helped with express delivery of medicine and many other requests we had. - Fokas Geemanos (Food and beverages manager) is doing a great job, real professional and also very polite to guests. He is managing staff at Food and beverage in away that they make a great team. He asks guests all the time if everything is ok and if they can assist with anything. - Waiter Ram - such a nice guy, always smiling and of great service. Big Thank you to everyone at the hotel! We will definitely come back!

We spent our honeymoon at the Grand Resort Hotel in Limassol, and it was honestly the perfect choice. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful gardens, very nice Restaurants and a relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a little paradise. One thing we kept talking about was the amazing scent in the lobby – every time we walked through, we said, “Wow, it smells so good!” It’s a small detail, but it added something really special to our experience. Our room was spacious, very clean, and super cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies! We loved the quiet beach area, perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was incredible – so many delicious options, something for everyone. The staff was always kind and helpful, and we want to give a huge thank you to Yiota, the Guest Relations Manager. She truly made us feel cared for – from the thoughtful surprises in our room to her warm and lovely way of speaking with us. Yiota, you made our honeymoon unforgettable! Also a big thanks to Elisabeth, who helped us with renting a car and gave us great tips for Larnaca – such a beautiful city, we enjoyed it very much. The location of the hotel is also perfect – peaceful and quiet, and there are also some options of Restaurants just acros the street. it’s very easy to reach Limassol city by bus thou. We’re really grateful for everything. This trip was full of beautiful moments, and we already know: we will definitely come back. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special! 💕

We had e very pleasant stay here. Said short. Below are a few reasons: ⁃ very friendly and professional staff. We had a room facing the road, since we decided not to pay extra for the sea view. Since we have a small baby, a more quiet area was more preferable for us. We asked the reception for another room, with no other extra, just a little bit more quiet. They offered us an upgrade to a room facing the sea, a quiet area, without any charge. ⁃ The room was enough for the three of us. Spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. The cleaning is made daily and also the towels if you request. ⁃ The breakfast was delicious, plenty of selections, with live cooking on different stations. We are food enthusiasts and we know to appreciate a good place. ⁃ Also regarding the food, the outdoor restaurant Ouzeria is very nice , with high end wood design, diverse menu, and proffesional & prompt staff. Here i would like to mention Mr. Yannis and Gabriel, very friendly and proffesional staff. I reccomend the grilled Pork Chop, for foodies. It is large and super delicious. - All outdoors are clean, very nice peisagistics, plenty of space to walk, and few areas where you can enjoy the smooth sun of spring season. For us it was more than enjoyable time spent here. We recharged out batteries and we plan to return soon. Hope you enjoy as well as we did.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room – a lovely gesture that set the tone for our stay. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, has its own private beach, as well as separate swimming pools for adults and children, a spa with massage facilities, children’s playrooms and a beauty salon. The location is great – close to a mini market, restaurants and a bus stop. For those based in Limassol, this is the perfect place – not too far from the city, but far enough to provide peace and privacy. As for the food, we chose the breakfast and dinner option, it was delicious. Fruits, desserts, meats, side dishes and healthy options such as fresh salads and fillings. The mousse desserts were especially exceptional! If you want to relax in a beautiful, quiet place surrounded by greenery and cozy corners for relaxation - this is the place for you.

We were really happy about fast check in - we already had a room at 13:30 upon our arrival and my husband had a birthday this day - he got a special gift - a cake and a bottle of champagne- we were so impressed by this welcoming!! The room has a very good size ! The bed is super comfortable- we slept so nice there ! The food is exceptional, we had an all inclusive option , and usually I don’t enjoy it si much , but in this hotel it was really wonderful- the quality of food and drinks were really Top!!! We enjoyed cocktails, amazing breakfast , and the food in 2 A-la Carte restaurant was perfect ! Our baby had so much fun in a baby club, the team was very cool ! Our stay was really amazing and we will definitely come back!!! Thanks again for the team of this wonderful hotel , you made our holiday so special and memorable!!
