Location, private beach, very clean and good spa/massages. very good buffet breakfast. Room was very clean, comfortable, spacey. Bathroom very clean. loved that has its own private beach with separate sunbeds umbrellas away from the pool area. loved the hammock area, spend good a few hours a day on them. parking was also easy and plenty to park my rental car. Loved the barman that made me a welcome drink cocktail, named it, Bazooka, became our favourite cocktail during our stay, very sweet, tasty. good on you Barman, you are LEVENTI.

Food and drinks in The GrandResort - Limited Edition by Leonardo Hotels

Overall, my experience was good. The hotel is newly renovated, the lobby and rooms are nicely furnished giving you a luxury feel when you enter the resort. The pool is big, and the beach is clean. The poolside restaurant and room service was great too. A special thank you goes to Mio at the lobby bar for being so welcoming and Ariadne for her outstanding recommendations for ways to spend our time in Limmasol. Both made our stay 100% better and we thank them immensely for their hospitality and kindness.

As family of four (2 parent and 2 children 1-year and 3-years old) we took 2 conjoined rooms. Each room had double size bed, a crib/sofa and it was very comfortable. The breakfast is rich and has a great variety of dishes- suits both adults and children. The outdoors pools are warmed to perfection and we had a great time overall.

Staying in this hotel makes you feel most welcomed and appreciated for choosing to stay with them. Location of the hotel is great, beach in front of hotel, great pool, couple of bars and restaurants around pool with really good food, great rooms, specious and clean. Food at breakfast was so good, with great variety of food and of high quality. Even if something is missing after the breakfast ended and you ask for it, they will quickly get it for you. Amazing! If you decide to have dinner in one of the hotel’s restaurants, you can choose between national cuisine and Japanese (👌). The biggest value of this hotel is hotel employees. They make you feel as most important person, each request from guests is taken immediately and to guests satisfaction, they welcome you everywhere, ask all the time if everything is ok. There are no words to express how nice employees at the hotel are - starting with luggage service, reception desk, concierge, cleaning lady, guest service, waiters, breakfast staff, pool and beach staff etc. We observed situations when guest did things not allowed by hotel policies, and employees managed it in such nice and polite way so that guests don’t feel bad about it. We want to express special thanks to: - Ariadne Stefanou (Guest relations) is real highlight of the hotel, so professional and kind. She is managing requests and she always recommends better solution then we initially thought of 😊. Ariadne suggested to us great restaurants, helped with express delivery of medicine and many other requests we had. - Fokas Geemanos (Food and beverages manager) is doing a great job, real professional and also very polite to guests. He is managing staff at Food and beverage in away that they make a great team. He asks guests all the time if everything is ok and if they can assist with anything. - Waiter Ram - such a nice guy, always smiling and of great service. Big Thank you to everyone at the hotel! We will definitely come back!

A very nice recently refurbished hotel. I liked that the hotel is relatively small, has everything you need for a good stay. The rooms are of a good size. Bed was very large and comfortable. Nice territory with the cafe, beach and garden overlooking the sea, plenty of shade. The breakfast was very nice too. I had a room with a sea view, that I recommend. The bar is open until very late which was great. There is a walking pass along the beach.

A beautiful hotel right on the beach. All staff, especially bar and restaurant staff and managers, were very friendly ,helpful, and informative, worked extremely hard, and made my stay very enjoyable. The room view from the balcony was fabulous, a panoramic view of the sea mountains ,marina, and beach with a clear view through the glass. The room was kept very clean, had a very comfortable bed, and had a great rain shower. Also, the Aircon was excellent. Beautiful pool and a relaxing, new bar. Enjoyed the live music at the pool bar and the aqua aerobics. A most enjoyable stay

Spa and wellness centre/facilities in The GrandResort - Limited Edition by Leonardo Hotels

11 years in the hotel .. very regular clients! By last year, the hotel had fallen into disrepair, but even with all this - super location, the biggest park and landscaping, super atmosphere with hammocks, a garden of fragrant herbs, etc.! but this year we were worried, because the hotel was sold out, but fortunately it was renovated and the prices remained the same... and, oh my God..., when we went out to the balcony, we had a view of the sea with our favorite palm trees, but on the first floor of the hotel they made an exit from the rooms to the private pool from each room.. delight, even at the sight of this.. almost all the restaurants are renovated, and a bonus for relaxing with a large family - a buffet for lunch and dinner .. there is nothing like it in Cyprus.. the staff at the reception desk are magical, it was a feeling native home! thank you

I'll be returning to the Grand Resort hotel tomorrow for the 4th time, not just for its top quality, but especially for the wonderful staff! Also, Lefteris at the bar, who works really hard. I'm sure I've forgotten many great professionals, and I apologize for that. See you all tomorrow, dear family! As a long-time customer, I can only confirm it wasn’t my last time at this fantastic place. The outstanding team of this hotel, led by hands-on management, has shown the very best of traditional Cypriot hospitality. They were always there to ensure our stay is enjoyable. Comfortable room with a breathtaking panoramic view, the very best of local cuisine, especially at Açaí and Ouzeria restaurants, a well-equipped fitness studio, evening entertainment for all the family and an incredible beach. There’s nothing more to wish for. Management and staff members treat you as a family. They are always very welcoming and helpful. My warmest regards and thank you to Mr Kostas, Fokas, Mr. George, Mr Sotirios, Yiannis, Sotiroula, Lefteris, Nicoletta, Rabin, Michalis, Mio, Philipos and Deividas. My apologies if I forgot to mention someone who contributed to making this stay truly unforgettable. My family previously stayed at this hotel in June and was taking a good care of by Yiota whom I would like to thank for arranging a delicious birthday cake on my sisters' birthday.
